What time do you meet? Worship begins at 10am every Sunday. In the fall and spring we have kids' and youth classes that begin at 9am.
Do you live-stream your services? Yes, you can find a link to our live-steam and the current worship guide on our 'Online Information' page. We also have links to previously recorded services.
Where do you meet? We meet at 233 Kalispell Ave in Whitefish. We share the northside of the Foursquare Church (east of the Firebrand Hotel)
What kind of people go to COTC? A very diverse group, liberal and conservative, young and older, rich and poor, mostly people who don't have it all together. You'll find people who are packed up and dressed ready for a hike, ready to hit the slopes or ready to hit the brewery. You'll also find doubters, people who grew up being a part of church and those checking out church for the first time.
Do you have anything for kids? Yes we have a nursery every Sunday. Normally, during the school year we have two children's classes that meet immediately after our worship service for 20-25 minutes. Our 4-7 year olds hear the stories of the Bible while they enjoy a treat. Our 8-12 year olds go deeper and learn to see Jesus throughout the Bible. Our Youth Catechism Class (ages 13+) goes through the New City Catechism. During the younger kids class we have a game room (ping pong, pool table, air hockey and foosball) for the older kids.
We have a Youth Group (5th through high school) that meets every other week. We also partner with Wyld Life (middle school) and Young Life (high school).
Do you have coffee? Absolutely. We have coffee and morning snacks and during the winter you can lounge next to our fire place.
How long is your worship service? We start at 10am and finish before 11:15am.
What kind of music do you have? Americana/folk/hymn. Check out our music page (under the Resources tab) for a taste.
Do you care about Whitefish? Yes we do. We like to say "We're here for Good!". We care about this place and the people here. In fact we give 10% of our budget to local charities and ministries.
